Due to the recent changes in the business environment, shipping rates for the parcel from our USA, UK, Australia, Italy, Japan, Korea, and Thailand warehouse will be adjusted to RM20 per pound (lb) starting from 11 May 2020 (Monday) 12:00pm. If you still have any parcel(s) in our Hong Kong warehouse, we highly recommend you to consolidate the shipments before the adjustment starts.
We would like to highlight that the adjustment is a temporary measure in reaction to the significant impact on operation costs due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
