III. Super Delivery Sign-up Tutorials
Step 1
Go to Buy&Ship website to register with code 「SD1001」 as a member.
Step 2
Navigate to the Buy&Ship exclusive registration page for the Super Delivery Japan site.
Step 3
Enter your email address at the bottom of the page to begin registration.
Step 4
The website will send you a confirmation email. (Please note: This confirmation email may occasionally be found in your Spam, Promotions, or Notifications folders.)
Step 5
Check your email and click the verification link provided within the message.
Step 6
Enter your store’s basic information.
Important: Please fill in all details in English. The store address must be the precise, full address, and the supporting store documentation you upload must be consistent with the information you provide.
Step 7
Select the “Use my own Japanese location” option on the right side and enter the Buy&Ship Japan warehouse address.
Step 8
Click on “Store Introduction” (店舖介紹), and then click the button at the bottom to proceed to the confirmation screen.
Step 9
Review all the information you have entered, check the box to agree to the Terms of Use, and click “Apply” (申請)
Step 10
After submitting your application, the website will send a final confirmation email.
Step 11
Based on that email, the website will notify you of the review result via email or phone call within two business days.
IV. How to Shop on Super Delivery Japan
Step 1
Select the desired product and click “Check Wholesale Price” (查看批發價) to apply for viewing rights from the shop.
Step 2
Review the wholesale purchasing notes for the specific shop, then submit your viewing application (it is free).
Step 3
The application is complete. Wait for the shop to grant access, then click the blue button to view the shop’s product list.
Step 4
Once the shop has granted access, you will be able to see the product wholesale price. Select the desired quantity and click the red button “Add to Cart” (加入購物車).
Step 5
Enter your credit card payment details and choose to ship to the Buy&Ship Japan warehouse address (remember to include your member ID starting with ‘MY’). If you have any special requests, you can leave a note for the shop owner. Click to confirm to successfully place the order. After the shop ships the items, remember to declare your shipment on the Buy&Ship website.
V. Terms and Conditions
- The promotional period runs from October 1 to October 31, 2025.
- This promotion is only applicable to new Buy&Ship Malaysia members who register via the Super Delivery Code「SD1001」.
- Each eligible Buy&Ship account will receive the RM72 shipping credits reward only once.
- The shipping credits is valid for 90 days.
- The credit (discount) can only be used to deduct shipping fees. It is non-transferable to other member accounts and cannot be redeemed for cash.
