III. How to Shop on Super Delivery Japan
Step 1
Select the desired product and click “Check Wholesale Price” (查看批發價) to apply for viewing rights from the shop.
Step 2
Review the wholesale purchasing notes for the specific shop, then submit your viewing application (it is free).
Step 3
The application is complete. Wait for the shop to grant access, then click the blue button to view the shop’s product list.
Step 4
Once the shop has granted access, you will be able to see the product wholesale price. Select the desired quantity and click the red button “Add to Cart” (加入購物車).
Step 5
Enter your credit card payment details and choose to ship to the Buy&Ship Japan warehouse address (remember to include your member ID starting with ‘MY’). If you have any special requests, you can leave a note for the shop owner. Click to confirm to successfully place the order. After the shop ships the items, remember to declare your shipment on the Buy&Ship website.
IV. Terms and Conditions
- The promotion runs from October 1 to October 31, 2025. Eligibility is determined by the shipment arrival time at the warehouse, and Buy&Ship will perform a final verification against order records provided by Super Delivery.
- This promotion is exclusive to Buy&Ship Malaysia users.
- Orders must be shipped to the Buy&Ship Japan warehouse address to qualify for the reward.
- When placing your order, you must correctly include your member ID, which starts with “MY” in the designated “Address” field. Failure to include the member ID, entering it incorrectly, or adding irrelevant symbols, numbers, and/or text before or after the ID will result in the forfeiture of your eligibility.
- Canceled orders or orders with modified shipping addresses after placement are not eligible for the reward.
- Each eligible Buy&Ship account will receive the discount code reward only once during the promotion period. The maximum reward is RM50.
- The discount code reward will be credited to eligible Buy&Ship accounts within 7 days after the end of the promotion. Users can check and use the code by logging into the “Member Centre” under “Coupons and Rewards.
- The shipping code obtained through this activity is valid until November 31, 2025.
- It is non-transferable to other member accounts and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Participation in this promotion signifies that the participant understands and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Buy&Ship reserves the right to modify the contents of this promotion, or to suspend or cancel the promotion without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute, Buy&Ship reserves the right to make the final decision.
