The final receiving date for parcels delivered to the existing Italy Milan (Cassano Magnago) warehouse is 30 March 2026. Any parcels delivered after this date will not be accepted and will be treated as abandoned without further notice.
The new Italy Milan (Segrate) warehouse address and the correct address format for shopping websites will be announced on 26 February 2026 under “Member Centre > Warehouse Address”. Please use the new warehouse address for all future shipments.
To avoid delivery issues, please update your default shipping address on all shopping platforms and any pre-order or subscription services as soon as possible. If you have any pre-orders or upcoming shipments using the current warehouse address, we recommend contacting the seller to update the delivery address after the new warehouse address is announced.
