IN PROGRESS After the payment is settled, our Buyforyou team is proceeding with your request and will purchase your requested items soon. You will receive an email notification once the item is purchased. PURCHASED There will be a tracking number for an item after the seller sends them out. We will update it on your request details. You can track the shipping status of your items by simply clicking on the tracking number(s) and "Track shipments" button. OTHER STATUS: CANCELLED You can find all cancelled requests under "Cancelled".

What does a service fee cover?

A service fee includes a handling fee of purchasing your item(s) and proceeding customs clearance of your requested items, and varies by warehouse. Depending on the actual situation, we collect 6% of an item price as a service fee for an order. If an item costs US$100, the total fee with US$6 service fee is US$106. How is pricing calculated for an item request?

Buy&Ship offers transparent pricing with no hidden charges. We have listed the fees for every request so that you know the exact cost before payment. In most cases, you need to pay for the item price and handling fee, which is service fee, for your item request. The amount payable you see during the payment procedure is the local currency (USD) exchanged from the currency of the warehouse used based on a particular exchange rate. Please note that the shipping fee from overseas to sorting centre will be charged separately, which means you need to pay the overseas forwarding fee for your shipments after your shipment order arrives at our sorting centre. This international shipping fee is calculated based on the shipment's weight, and includes the delivery fee from our warehouse to your designated address.

What would I do if I did not receive the item I requested?

If the item you received does not match the order information displayed when you confirmed and paid the fee, please contact us via our Live Chat as soon as possible for further assistance. We recommended having your Member ID and Request No. ready to expedite the process.

Can I change or cancel a request?

All requests can be changed or cancelled before you confirm and make the payment for your request. However, any requests that we have already purchased the requested item(s) may not be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

What would I do if the item I received is different from what I requested?

If the status of your request has been updated to "Purchased", you can track your items by clicking the tracking number on the Request Details. Please contact us via our Live Chat as soon as possible if you still cannot find your shipments after clicking the tracking number

What happens if the price of the item I requested changes or is not available anymore?

Before purchasing any items, we will always confirm the price and availability with you. If the price is higher than what you are expected or becomes unavailable, you can cancel your request without any fees or penalties.
